NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- Norfolk police are investigating after a suspicious man was trying to give candy to children near Crossroads Elementary School.
According to police, no crime was committed and there's no person of interest at this time.
A message was sent out to parents at 8 different Norfolk Public Schools in close proximity to Crossroads.
No further information has been released at this time.
