PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WVEC) — Portsmouth Police's Major Crimes Unit is investigating after 66-year-old Ivan Ignatious Lyons was found dead Saturday.
Police Communications received a 911 call around 5:19 p.m. of an unresponsive man in the 1000 block of High Street near Effingham Street.
The investigation is still ongoing.
