An elderly man is missing from Virginia Beach.
According to the Virginia Beach Police Department's Missing Persons Unit, 81-year-old Gary Van Houten is missing. He has various medical needs that require care.
He was last seen on Tuesday around 2:30 p.m. in the Kemps River Shopping Center. Van Houten was driving a green Toyota Sienna minivan with Virginia license plates # XFJ-6376.
He is about 5'10 and 220 lbs with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a multi-colored long sleeve shirt and jeans.
