NORFOLK, Va. — The 6th Annual Bull & Oyster Bluegrass Festival returns to Norfolk on Saturday, Feb. 22.
The festival is sponsored by Smartmouth Brewing Company.
The event includes bluegrass music.
The festival is from noon to 10 p.m. at 1309 Raleigh Avenue. It's free admission and open to all ages.

Noon-3 p.m.: Acoustic Bluegrass Open Jam presented by Tidewater Friends of Acoustic Music& Barry Graham of Acoustic Highway and Pickin’ on WHRV
3:15 p.m.: Bob & Jeanne Zentz of Ramblin' Conrad Folklife Institute.
