VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A 9-year-old boy who left his Virginia Beach for a third time since the beginning of March has been found, authorities announced
Shortly after 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Virginia Beach police announced Collin Nice had been located.
He was reported missing after last being seen Monday at 9:15 p.m. in his home in the 2700 block of Indian River Road.
Collin was first reported missing late on March 10 but was found a few hours later. He left home again on March 26, taking a pillow, blanket, and a camouflage sleeping bag. A critically missing alert was issued the following day by Virginia State Police, and he was eventually found safe in a dense wooded area behind his home.
