PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A 25-year-old woman who went missing from Portsmouth Friday morning has been located, authorities announced.
At 6:30 p.m. Friday, the Portsmouth Police Department announced Zaire Kee had been located.
She was reported missing Friday after last being seen between 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. in the 2300 block of Greenwood Drive. She was considered endangered and had a history of mental illness, police said.
