NORFOLK, Va. — All west lanes were closed due to a tractor-trailer crash on I-64 near the HRBT.
According to VDOT, all westbound lanes were closed and backups extended miles. The closure was between the Ocean View Avenue and Mallory Street exits, but lanes have reopened and traffic is flowing.
